Jane unfortunately lost her 3 year battle to Terminal Cancer on the 7th of October 2015 at 7:45am.
The family and I have set up this page for every one who loved and cared for the unique, kind and loving Jane Bacon.
Jane was a very stronge, brave and beautiful woman who was one of a kind. She experienced the best of life and was always the life and soul of the party.
